Photography from Everyday Life

Hello everyone! For today’s post, I’m going to show you how easy it is to take photos of normal, everyday things and still have them look pretty amazing.

Moral of the story: if I can do (kinda) it, you can too.

Here are a few pictures I took of some things I ran into throughout the past couple weeks!

  • My friend’s hand/phone/jeans (lol clearly didn’t know how to title this one) | I was just having a conversation with my friend when I told her to not move so I can take a picture! The colors went so well together, and I think it looks even better after editing it. Every aspect of this photo matches somehow, which is probably why I love it so much! (P.S. her phone case is from Sonix and her ripped jeans are from Rag & Bone!)

  • Sticky notes | This is a pretty cool idea that I hadn’t really thought of before. I just wrote my name on a sticky note (actually my friend who’s amazing at calligraphy wrote it for me) and stuck it in the middle of a bunch of small flowers! Pretty simple, right? I think I could’ve chosen a better color for the writing, but it kinda matches the flowers so I guess it worked out!

  • Plaid | I love plaid. I’m happy it’s September because I can finally get away with Autumn-themed.. everything! I took this in my living room, and it’s literally a picture of our tablecloth.. definitely getting into the Fall mood a little early this year and I’m not sorry about it! I also think this is a good picture to use for a wallpaper or lock screen – once the weather starts cooling down I’ll definitely start using it!

And that’s all the pictures!

Random, out-of-nowhere pictures like these are what make photography so exciting for me, and hopefully you got some inspiration of out this post! I also recommend editing your photos to make them exactly how you want them to be – it definitely helps!

Thank you so much for reading and don’t forget to like or comment if you enjoyed!
