BNP Paribas Open | Indian Wells

Hello everyone and welcome to today’s travel blog! I’m super excited – it’s been quite some time since my last travel post!

A few weeks ago, my family and I took a road trip down to Indian Wells to watch the BNP Paribas Open! This is an annual tennis tournament that is held in the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. A bunch of amazing tennis players participated in the tournament, including Serena & Venus Williams, Roger Federer, and Novak Djokovic! (And many many more, of course!) We arrived there Saturday afternoon and went straight to the Tennis Garden to start watching some matches. Here are a few photos I took! img_1093

Also, I bought this really cute (and convenient) hat! This was definitely helpful in the sun.img_1094

We first went to watch Federico Delbonis play Roger Federer, but it started raining in the middle of the match and sadly the game was canceled. At least I got to eat this really delicious acai bowl afterwards?

Sorry for the super low quality! I was really excited and I guess I couldn’t wait for my camera to focus..

The next day, we watched some more matches and walked around a bit. We saw Isner vs. Monfils and Stephens vs. Azarenka. They were both really good matches and it was so much fun to watch them play! I definitely learned a lot!

Overall I had an awesome time at the tournament, even though it was insanely sunny on Sunday and now I have a bunch of new tan lines. It’s great.

Thank you so much for reading! I hope you enjoyed this travel blog and comment if you want to see more posts like this! I hope you all have an amazing day and I’ll see you on Friday!
